Nov. 2006: One of our most memorable shows in a long time happened in Raleigh, NC on Nov. 4th at a cool little club called, Slim's Downtown. Once we arrived, we were informed that "Skid Row" & "King's X" were playing just a few blocks away so we figured most of our audience would be there. But come show time, we did have some special guests in the crowd. A few die-hard fans showed up to give support along with a guy named, Richard Bacchus. For those unfortunate degenerates that have never heard of "D Generation", do yourself a favor and click here. Richard was the guitarist/vocalist who wrote some of D Generation's catchier songs like "No Way Out" and "Scorch". We've been fans for years and felt honored that Richard was near the front of the stage during our entire show. He took time to hang out and talk shit with us. He mentioned trying to start a new band so if you've got some real talent, you may want to contact him at: http://www.myspace.com/richardbacchus |

Oct. 2006: Well we're feeling jolly and thankful. That means the "holiday" is coming. As a way of saying "thanks" to our friends, we thought we'd give you a special gift for this Halloween. The website is getting a face-lift. With some wonderful inspiration from Eric Pigors of "Toxic Toons", we decided to give things a little "toon-up". If you live anywhere near Atlanta, GA, don't miss the Atlanta HorrorFest 06 from Oct. 27th through Oct. 30th.

July 2006: We completed the video for "Pay To Get In, Pray To Get Out". Just click the image to the left to view the video. It was filmed at an abandoned mill in Landis, NC and was directed / edited by Justin Kates. The "Official Fearleader" girls' shirts (as seen in the video) are now available for order. The Graveyard Boulevard has recently collaborated with Eric Pigors of "ToxicToons" to create a new design which is also now available on a T-shirt. The "ToxicToons" design also appears on backdrops for The Graveyard Boulevard's live performances. |

June 2006: We were honored to be able to spend 3 fun-filled days/nights hanging out and performing with horror-punk legends, the Misfits. Jerry Only is one of the coolest ghouls we've ever had the pleasure of knowing. After the shows, he took the time to meet any fan that wanted to shake his hand or get a picture taken. Long live the Misfits. www.misfits.com Highlights of the shows include: Jerry & Misfits crew using a high-powered sling-shot to shoot 80mph water balloons at Numbskull & Blue (GYB roadie); receiving a huge reaction from the military guys in Jacksonville when we played our new song, "Nightmerica"; Abby gave Robo one of his custom-made bone necklaces and he wore it onstage; The Misfits sound engineer offered to record the next GYB CD; Jerry Only performed "She", solo, at the request of Numbskull & Blue during soundcheck; Wednesday 13 performed "Scary Song" with us at the show in Charlotte. View pictures & don't forget these. |

March 2006: "The Dead Give-A-Way" was a huge success. We'd sincerely like to thank the fans who took advantage of this deal. For those who don't know, "The Dead Give-A-Way" was a special deal for everyone that pre-ordered "Dead City Radio". Those who pre-ordered received two copies of the new CD plus a special behind the scenes photo courtesy of Sicko Zero. One copy of the CD was signed by the band members and the other copy was to give to a friend. The most amazing thing is that we sent "Dead City Radio" to 8 countries other than the U.S.A. Special thanks to the United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, Finland, Canada, Poland, Japan, and the Netherlands. I'd say that's a big accomplishment for an indie band like us. |

October 2005: The Halloween weekend shows went well. "Numbskull" lived up to our expectations and we are happy to consider him a permanent member of our little fiend club. There was a large crowd at Ground Zero for Psychotic Suspensions, Purgatory and Alabama Thunderpussy. So, we were able to gain some new freaky fans. The Sat. show at The Milestone was a little bitter sweet. Being Halloween weekend, we knew many were going to parties and haunted trails. But, those that did make it were awesome and made us feel like we weren't wasting our time. Thanks creeps. Unfortunately, "Mr. Fancypants Vs. The Satanic Mechanix" weren't able to play The Milestone with us. There are rumors about some of the band members parting ways. However, our good friends in "Streife Geist" pulled their weight and helped make the night successful. There was a moment at the Milestone show when Abby's mic stopped working. Luckily, he was able to steal Zero's mic to finish the song. As you can see in the picture, there appears to be a considerable height difference between Zero and Abby. |

September 2005: As most of you know, Sicko Zero and myself (Abby) spent the last couple of months involved with the re-creation of The Frankenstein Drag Queens From Planet 13. After several successful and fun-filled shows with Wednesday 13, The Graveyard Boulevard is back in rehearsals. We've found a new bass player that we affectionately like to call "Numbskull". We've got two shows scheduled for Halloween weekend... Fri. Oct. 28th at Ground Zero in Spartanburg and Sat. Oct. 29th at The Milestone in Charlotte. Wednesday 13 is off to do some more touring in support of his CD, "Transylvania 90210". He is particularly excited about playing several upcoming shows with the legendary Alice Cooper. |

August 2005: They're back... THE FRANKENSTEIN DRAG QUEENS FROM PLANET 13. If you haven't checked out the web site lately, go now. The invasion resumed in Greensboro on Aug. 20th, 2005 at Somewhere Else Tavern and continued the following night at The Milestone in Charlotte, NC. Wednesday 13, Sicko Zero and Abby Normal performed, a complete show together, on stage for the first time since playing in the pre-FDQ band, "Maniac Spider Trash". The energy was electric and the new songs were only a glint of great things to come. There are plans to release "The Little Box Of Horrors" in America and overseas later this year or in early 2006. This collection will contain re-releases of all 4 FDQ CD's with all new artwork. It is rumored that the U.S. version may also contain a DVD while the European version will contain unreleased songs, including a couple of brand new songs to be recorded within the next month. Don't worry, Wednesday 13 will still continue to tour and record with his current "Transylvania 90210" band. The Graveyard Boulevard will also continue moving forward. |
